Carl Vogel

Carl has been Sales Manager since 2004, but began working at Oliver Homes in 1998 as a Sales Representative. His extensive experience with kitchen layout and functionality is invaluable to Sales Representatives when designing your kitchen. In addition to managing the Sales staff and other internal duties, he works directly with clients during the construction process.

Carl lives in Hagerstown with his wife and two sons. His hobbies include home improvements, attending his sons' sporting events, and off-road motorcycle riding.

Terry Carr

Terry has over 30 years experience building single family homes and has been with Oliver Homes since 1998. His determination has allowed many families to build their new home even when they thought it wasn't possible. His experience is invaluable to clients as he assists them in finding the best building site, designing their new home, and directing them to an appropriate home mortgage.

He and his wife live near Greencastle, PA. Terry enjoys competing in chili and grilling competitions, PSU sports, and playing golf.

Boomer Lautenslager

Boomer's attention to detail and experience is invaluable to clients. He will incorporate your ideas into the design and construction of your new home. He can also assist you in finding the appropriate financing for your needs.

Boomer and his wife built their home with Oliver Homes in 2002. He enjoys working in and around his home, watching UMD sports, and spending time with his dog Winston.

Sean Cline

Sean comes to Oliver Homes after two years as a licensed realtor. He aids clients in plan design and finding the best suitable building site for their custom built home. In addition to that experience, he can assist you in finding mortgage financing.

Sean lives in Hagerstown and has two children. He coaches high school football and basketball and enjoys playing golf.

Sharon Green

Sharon joined Oliver Homes in 2002 as a Personal New Home Coordinator. Clients appreciate her customer service skills during the construction of their new home to communicate between them and the construction supervisors. Sharon also works closely with the Sales Staff on a daily basis.

Sharon lives in Hagerstown with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending her childrens' activities, and watching baseball games.

Terri Bowers

Terri's main priority is to find the perfect home to fit your needs. She will take you step-by-step through the building process, answering all your questions from design through settlement, including directing you in finding mortgage financing. Terri's expertise in decorating comes from 12 years experience in paint and design centers.

Terri, her husband and two children live in Williamsport. Her hobbies include decorating, gardening, and watching her children's sporting events.
