Emergency Service

As defined by the limited warranty, "emergency" situations include:

  • Total loss of heat.
  • Gas leak. (Contact your utility company or plumber if the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines.)
  • Total loss of electricity. (Check with the utility company before reporting this circumstance to Oliver Homes or electrician.) Look for "tripped" electric breakers in the panel box or GFI outlets that may need reset.
  • Total loss of water. (Check with the water department to be certain the problem is not a general outage in the area. Well users should check the low pressure switch.)
  • Plumbing leaks that require the entire water supply to be shut off.

If you experience an emergency situation during business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), call the Oliver Homes main office at 301-797-0000. After hours or on weekends and holidays, directly contact one of the necessary trade contractors from the following list.
