Phone Jacks
Homeowner Use and Maintenance Guidelines
Your home is equipped with telephone jacks as shown on the blueprints and selection sheets. Initiating phone service, additions to phone service, and moving phone outlets for decorating purposes or convenience are your responsibility.
Should your phone not operate try plugging it in at the service box. If that does not work call the phone company. If your phone does work at the service box call Oliver Homes for service.
Oliver Homes Limited Warranty Guidelines
Oliver Homes will repair wiring that does not perform as intended from the phone service box into the home. From the service box outward, care of the wiring is the responsibility of the local telephone service company.
