Oliver Homes was established in 1948 on the premise that every family should be able to afford a new home. For over 50 years this commitment has made "The American Dream" possible.

Today many economists and politicians claim that this dream is dead. That's just not the truth!!! The dream isn't dead, it's alive and flourishing at Oliver Homes.

By applying innovative construction techniques, selecting functional as well as attractive home designs, and applying our volume purchasing muscle, we have been able to make "The American Dream" a reality for thousands of local families.

Today Oliver Homes is the largest new home builder in the Tri-State area.

Oliver Homes was founded by John R. Oliver and today is led by the second generation, in the person of Taylor Oliver. Taylor Oliver, together with a committed staff of professionals, many of whom have been with the company since it was founded, is continuing the "Tradition in Building Excellence."
